Vertex Services Group Ltd was established in 2005 - London-based and with a focus on serving the South East. It is independently-owned by a team of hands-on, long-serving building services entrepreneurs. Vertex operates to provide building services maintenance and building fabric services through four units. This portfolio has won us clients ranging from blue chip, 'City' corporates to local organisations in the commercial, industrial, hospitality, educational and other public sectors.
The Vertex team recognised that independence assists in development of a characteristic missing from many competitors: the ability to truly side with and 'partner' the procuring party in a customer relationship.
