About the Business
Since 1962, TEC's co-founder Terry Cracknell has worked at every level of the construction industry - from engineering and design consultancy, to design and build contractor - to help make TEC Construction the family business it is today.
Co-founder Rob Cracknell complements Terry's strengths perfectly. Rob's on-site experience and hands-on approach means oversees all of our projects to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
TEC's organic growth means that we know the building trade from all angles. In the past decade TEC has project-managed large scale refurbishments, conversions and multimillion-pound builds such as this 90-bed care home in West Drayton, Middlesex. We also enjoy grass-root projects, whether that's building bespoke homes for families, or creating nurseries from once-derelict buildings.
