Please find attached Practical Completion Certificate No. 2 relating to the Office and Warehouse accommodation. This will require a meeting with you, once in possession of sub contractors costs and those for last minute instructions. We will then be able to issue the penultimate certificate to include the release of half the retention sum. I would like to take this opportunity to formally thank your company on behalf of the client and ourselves for the high standard of diligence and commitment to the project.
