From the 24 hour call center situated in its head office in Essex, Porterhouse co-ordinates trades people and surveyors at various sites across the United Kingdom. Porterhouse strongly believes in building a personal rapport with its customers to develop a better understanding of their requirements and expectations. Porterhouse guarantees clients direct access to senior managerial staff at all times. The Porterhouse emergency and contract works area of coverage is subject to agreement and the requirements of individual clients, but generally operational areas include London and the South East. Porterhouse provides a checked expert witness surveying service to ensure fair pricing and accurate specification. Porterhouse employs a 24-hour rota for emergency work and also for clients who require services out of normal working so as not to interfere with their business day.
