About the Business
K1 Construction was founded in September 1994 by Kevin Foroshani. Having been awarded a Masters Degree in Construction from Loughborough University in 1986, followed by eight years construction management experience at Croudace Homes, Try Construction Group and R. Mansell. Kevin was promoted to Senior Contracts Manager responsible for a number of major high value contracts, whilst still in his twenties.
The company is well versed in all aspects of Construction Management and service delivery to exacting standards. The company has highly developed skills and expertise in fast-track projects. Indeed, it was our MD's expertise and experience in fast-track and super-track project delivery that led to the formation of the company.
