One of our most recent projects was the Denbigh Court in Lutterworth, a ? 2,000,000 contract involving the conversion of a former hotel into 20 apartments and 3 townhouses. We worked hard to ensure that no two apartments were the same and we drew on our extensive knowledge to work closely with the local authorities as the premises were listed.
