We are a unique turn-key solution providing all aspects of defect management for a single FIXED-PRICE. Through a chance turn of events After Build's founders were involved as consultants with a new-build service issue in 2002. Surprised at the difficulties developers faced in coping with defects, the opportunity to re-engineer the entire process was not overlooked. The outcome was so well received that After Build was launched a few months later.
We are a turn-key solution that takes all homeowner calls and manages your warranty obligations ensuring a reliable end-to-end service (and we can do this in our name or in yours). Critical to success is understanding both the warranty requirements and the homeowner's expectations - and then delivering a service to satisfiy both.
