About the Business
I was apprenticed at 16 years old for 7 years and worked mainly as on Victorian houses in Sussex, renovating and extending. Occasionally I had a chance to work on Kent barns and out houses. Converting these into living spaces teaches a tradesmen a great deal about traditional joinery skills along with the basic carpentry skills used for over 200 years.
Since going alone I have been privileged to work on a 16th century Manor House creating huge oak tables, panelled rooms and recreating whole rooms back to their original state but concentrating mainly on renovation and up-keep of Victorian houses in and around Hastings.
Bearing in mind my background as an apprentice and my experience over 30 years, I believe I can tackle any woodworking task set before me in a professional manner.
